Shipping policy

All roller shutters & building hardware ship via LTL freight carrier.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmed.

Delivery service is curbside only. Driver does not carry items indoors.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

Any visible damage must be marked on the bill of lading upon receipt and reported to us within 48 hours with photos. Hidden damage claims filed after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We are not liable for additional liftgate, residential surcharge if not pre-ordered.
